Park Inn By Radisson Luebeck - Lubeck

The hotel was terrific with GREAT breakfasted and a magnificent location close to the Central Station. I appreciated the double room, that was compact. Location: the property was near to the Holstentor and the old city center and the Holstentor. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

It was just a fine choice for a lightning trip in Lubeck with good value for price. The hotel has fantastic rooms and a great location. Just be aware that the smoke from the casino downstairs travels up, so consider that if you dislike cigarette smells.

The hotel was good well run and excellent modern, it had reasonably good staff at the reception desk. There was very nice in-house restaurant with freshly cooked meals...

We liked the very polite, friendly and welcoming personnel. All of them made our visit very comfortable. Our family room was spacious, spotless clean provided with comfortable beds, and we had there everything we could need. The buffet breakfast was excellent, could not wish anything more because of the big variety there was to choose. Newly baked breads and rolls were very nice, too. The personnel working at the restaurant were mainly young, very polite and could speak English, too. They kept our table in good order all the time. The restaurant area was spacious, light and clean. We have stayed overnight in Luebeck already many times earlier, at some other good hotels. This was our first visit to Moevenpick Hotels anywhere. For our coming trips we will be happy to choose Moevenpick again, both in Luebeck and anywhere.

I loved the cozy room and found the breakfast buffet to be really good, and it was just a short walk to the fine Lubeck Cathedral and the beautiful parks around the Altstadt that added to my weekend stroll.

Position

Very dissappointed as made unaware of building work causing reduced facilities (no food no drinks ).As we arrived late in the evening we had to cross the road in the rain to the Radison Blue (where we have stayed for years but wanted to give the Park Inn a try).Years ago when the hotel was known as the Lysia Moevenpick we stayed there many times and the Hotel was excellent except for the parking that is why we changed to the Radison Blue.

Nice hotel, good location, very good service

The room was very warm, even hot at night, since there was no airconditioning!

The beds were excellent. Good breakfast

Very sterile lobby. Boring. A shame to charge EUR 10 for 24 h wifi. And only dor one unit, Not per room. Will never stay there again.

Very good! Very obliging and friendly staff. Walking distance to the railwaystation and old town.

Ideal location and is only minutes away from the centre of Lubeck

The car parking sign stated that the park was free, but it only means that there are car parking spaces available. They must still be paid for and it is misleading for any englishman.

I loved the comfortable room with a nice view 🍃 Breakfast had delicious freshly baked pastries, but the lack of air conditioning was good. A solid choice for a stay in Luebeck.

Location

Long time for check-in and chek-out, only one attendant there despite having three counters. Internet at a charge! To charge EUR 5:- for 12 hrs internet access seems greedy to me. Especially in these days when even the cheapest budget hotels around Europe boast with free Wifi. As this place until last year was a Mövepick hotel and I have stayed there every year for over ten years, I now got the impression that the new owners focus on saving and cutting expenses.
